摘 要:目的通过分析2011—2015年机场安检人员的纯音听阈测试结果,了解长期接触机场噪声对安检人员听力的影响,为加强该职业人群的防护提供循证依据,更好的保护职业人群。方法采用回顾性队列研究;收集2011—2015年安检人员连续5 a的纯音听力检查结果,比较5 a间安检工作人员的听力损失变化。结果接触机场噪声的安检人员以男性为主,各年份安检人员随接触机场噪声工龄的增加,听力异常检出人数(率)有逐渐上升的趋势。2013—2015年各工龄段比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各年份飞行区与公共区接触机场噪声安检人员的听力异常检出人数(率)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论安检人员听力损失随工龄的增加而增加。安检人员在机场不同区域的噪声接触对其听力损失的差异性较小。该职业群体的职业健康教育与职业防护培训需要进一步加强。[Objective] By analyzing the results of pure tone audiometry of security staff at a certain airport of Beijing from2011-2015,to observe the impact of long-term noise exposure to hearing of security staff and provide a reference for improving occupational health to protect the occupational population. [Methods]A retrospective cohort study was adopted. The results of pure tone audiometry of security staff from 2011-2015 were collected to compare the hearing loss during five consecutive years.[Results]Most of the security staff were male. The abnormal detection rate(cases)of hearing increased with the exposure years.From 2013-2015,the difference in abnormal detection rate was statistically significant among different exposure age groups(P0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the abnormal detection rate(cases)between security staff in the airfield and the public zone(P0.05).[Conclusion]The hearing loss of security staff increases with the exposure period. There is little difference in hearing loss among security staff in different areas of the airport. The occupational health education and occupational protection training for security staff should be further strengthened.
