论慈善文化对青年志愿服务的促进作用

摘　　要：从传统慈善文化中寻找志愿服务的智慧,慈善文化在新的历史条件下也要与时俱进、推陈出新,亟需强化其现代理性公益,增强社会责任,坚持"需求导向、弱势优先"原则,树立依法行善理念等;从"感性公益"向"理性公益"转化、从"功德"向"责任"转化、从"大型活动"向"群众需求"转化等方面,讨论慈善文化对青年志愿服务发展的作用;从发展空间、活动规范、促进政策、文化氛围等方面,探讨慈善法助推青年志愿服务的发展。We should find the wisdom of volunteer service from the traditional charity culture. In the new historical conditions the charity culture should also keep pace with the times, innovation, and the ur- gent need to strengthen its modem rational public welfare nature, enhance its social responsibility, adhere to the principle of ＂ demand -oriented, weak priority＂ and establish the concept of practicing charity ac- cording to laws. We need to transform the concept from ＂goodwill charity＂ to ＂rational public welfare＂, from ＂merits and virtues＂ to ＂responsibility＂, from ＂large - scale activities＂ to ＂mass needs＂, etc. , and discuss the charitable culture of youth volunteer service development. We need to explore the charity law to promote the development of youth volunteer service from the development of space, activities, norms, and promoting policies and cultural atmosphere.
