摘  要:为解决综放工作面粉尘产生量大的问题,对西北某煤矿1202综放工作面粉尘质量浓度及分布进行了现场测量,针对该工作面粉尘防治方面的不足之处,根据各生产工序的产尘特点,提出了坚硬煤层脉冲式高压注水、采煤机喷雾系统和液压支架喷雾系统参数优化等技术措施。通过现场试验,所运用的综合防治技术效果明显,煤体水分增加值为1.735%,全尘和呼尘的平均降尘率分别为88.5%,76.6%。In order to solve the problem of the top dust generation in fully-mechanized face,the dust concentration and distribution of fully mechanized top coal caving mining face 1202 in a coal mine in northwest China were measured. In view of the shortcomings of dust prevention and control in the face and according to the production process of dust production characteristics,the paper puts forward some technical measures,such as pulsed high-pressure water injection technology for hard coal seam,spray system of shearer and parameters optimization of spray system of hydraulic support. Through field tests,the comprehensive prevention and control technology effect is obvious,the increment of water content in the coal is 1. 735% and the average dust removal rates of full dust and breathe dust are 88. 5% and 76. 6% respectively.
