摘  要:配电可靠性在配电系统中一直是人们关注的主要问题之一。介绍了一种对实际使用中的低压用户配电系统进行可靠性评估的方法。利用概率统计理论对供电可靠性进行统计,主要是根据测量精度要求设定一些合适的低电压可靠性监测点,利用从监测点收集来的监测数据计算具体指标,仿真结果表明提出的方法在降低监测点数量的同时,可靠性评估结果与全统计法差别不大,而代价大大降低,是比较适宜的方法。The power distribution reliability has been one of the main problems in the power distribution system, which may be concerned by majority of people. This essay will introduce a reliabile assessment method for low voltage distribution system in practical application. The power distribution reliability can be contributed to statistical analysis by using the probabilistic method.It may require to establish some appropriate low voltage monitoring reliability based on measurement precision. Additionally, tbe collected monitoring data is used to calculate the specific indicators. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method in reducing the number of monitoring stations at the same time, there is no difference between the reliability evaluation results and statistics. While, the cost is reduced greatly, therefore, the reliability assessment method seems to be a relative suitable way in practice.
