摘 要:研究了TBSI在丁腈橡胶中的硫化促进性能 ,并与NS ,CZ ,TMTD和DM促进剂进行了对比。结果表明 ,TBSI作NBR硫化促进剂时 ,焦烧时间长 ,硫化胶强度高 ,但硫化速度较慢。当TBSI与TMTD ,DM或M组成活化的次磺酰胺并用体系时 ,不但保证了焦烧安全性 ,缩短了正硫化时间 ,而且还进一步提高了硫化胶的 30 0 %定伸应力。经 4h过硫化反应后 ,TBSI/TMTD体系的 30 0 %定伸应力保持约 80 % ,而NS不足 6 0 %。The property of TBSI accelerator used in NBR was investigated, and compared with NS,CZ,TMTD,DM etc. The results showed that vulcanization state, scortching time of TBSI were better than that of CZ, TMTD, DM and M, but vulcanization rate was lower than that of NS. When TBSI was combined with M, DM and TMTD,the vulcanizats modulus at 300% elongation increased and the results was superior to those accelerators single. It could be consist of desirable activing benzothiazyle sulfenamide accelerate system. The ability of vulcanization reversion resistance of TBSI/TMTD was better than that of NS. After 4h over cure, their modulus at 300% elongation was retentive of about 80% and less than 60% respectively.
