甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍缓释片联合治疗老年肥胖2型糖尿病效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍缓释片联合治疗老年肥胖2型糖尿病效果。方法将于2015年11月—2016年11月该院接受诊治的76例老年肥胖2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机将其平均分为对照组、研究组(各38例)两组。给予对照组患者二甲双胍缓释片进行治疗,研究组则采用甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍缓释片联合进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖的含量及治疗的总有效率。结果对照组、研究组患者糖化血红蛋白、平均空腹血糖的含量均比治疗前低,治疗后,两组对比,研究组患者的糖化血红蛋白、平均空腹血糖含量明显低于对照组,且研究组患者的治疗总有效率(94.74%)显著高于对照组(71.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍缓释片联合治疗老年肥胖2型糖尿病,有效地控制了患者糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖的含量,疗效理想,值得推广及应用。Objective To study the effect of insulin glargine and metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in treatmerit of senile obesity patients with type 2diabetes. Methods 76 cases of senile obesity patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each, the control group adopted the metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for treatment, while the research group adopted the insulin glargine and mefformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for treatment. Results The glycosylated hemoglobin, average fasting blood glucose contents and total treatment effective rate of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, after treatment, these indexes in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the total treatment effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, （94.74% vs 71.05%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The insulin glargine and metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in treatment of senile obesity patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively control the contents of glycosylated hemoglobin and average fasting blood glucose, and the curative effect is ideal, and it is worth promotion and application.
