介入治疗糖尿病外周血管病变患者临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的着重于观察糖尿病外周血管病变患者应用介入治疗的临床疗效。方法将80例该院2015年1月—2017年2月接受治疗的糖尿病外周血管病变患者根据随机数字法分为实验组与对照组各40例,实验组采用介入治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,比较两组患者总有效率、并发症发生率与临床症状。结果实验组总有效率为97.5%,并发症发生率为5.0%,90.0%皮肤低温改善,95.0%紫绀消失,92.5%麻木疼痛消失。结论糖尿病外周血管病变患者在介入治疗中可获得确切的疗效,并发症少,临床症状消失快,建议在临床上广泛应用。Objective To especially observe the clinical curative effect of interventional treatment of patients with diabetes peripheral vascular disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes peripheral vascular disease treated in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the experimental group and the control group respectively adopted the interventional treatment and routine therapy, and the total effective rate, incidence rate of complications and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and incidence rate of complications in the experimental group were respectively 97.5% and 5.0%, and the skin hypothermia of 90.0% was improved and cyanosis of 95.0% disappeared and numbness pains of 92.5% disappeared. Conclusion The curative effect of interventional treatment of patients with diabetes peripheral vascular disease is definite with few complications and rapid disappearance of clinical symptoms, and it is suggested to be widely used in clinic.
