摘　　要：在旅游迅速发展的时代背景下,民族与旅游相互作用,使旅游地民族经历着旅游带来的社会和文化变迁。从历史和系统角度来看民族与旅游的碰撞与交融是不可避免的,而民族与旅游发展关系取决于其民族旅游系统内部结构。只有旅游地政府发挥积极建设性作用,确保旅游地民族在旅游中居于主体地位,享有充分的参与权、决策权和收益权,通过主动渐进的民族旅游开发模式,才能使旅游地民族文化发展具有自主性、时代性和进步性。民族与旅游才能实现良性互动,避免陷入历史性发展悖论之中。Under the background of rapid development of tourism, the interaction between ethnic groups and tourism makes sightseeing district ethnic people experience social and cultural changes brought about by tourism. From the historical and systematic point of view, the collision and integration between ethnic groups and tourism are inevitable, while the relationship between ethnic and tourism development depends on the internal structure of their ethnic tourism system. Only the sightseeing district government to play an active and construc- tive role, to ensure that the ethnic people play a principal role in tourism, enjoy the decision - making rights and usufruct rights, participate fully in the tourism development, and through the initiative gradual development mode of national tourism, in order to make the development of sightseeing district national culture has autonomy and time progress. In this way ethnic and tourism can achieve benign interaction and avoid falling into the historical paradox of development.
