摘　　要：根据商用车辆、工程机械、农用机械等领域的涂料与涂装要求,将Tetrashield^(TM)聚酯应用于高固体分面漆中,对涂料配方进行了优化,并与现有的涂料产品进行了对比。结果表明,以Tetrashield^(TM)聚酯为主体的涂料,其VOC含量小于420g/L,可以满足当前行业的涂料性能要求,符合现有的国内涂装工艺条件,并且具有优异的耐候、耐刮擦等性能。According to coating and painting requirements in fields of commercial vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and others, TetrashieldTM polyester is applied in high solids topcoat to optimize coating formula, and the modified formulation is compared with commercial coating produets. It is indicated that the coating with TetrashieldTM polyester as its major content satisfies coating property requirements of current industry, accords with existing coating technologies in China, and reaches a VOC content of below 420 g/L, with additional improvement on weathering and scrateh and mar resistance.
