摘 要:采用XRD、XPS等分析方法,研究了烧结时间对达克罗涂层中六价铬含量的影响,探讨了六价铬和三价铬的转化规律,分析了达克罗涂层中铬的存在形式和转化机理,并估算了达克罗涂层中的六价铬含量。结果表明:达克罗涂层中铬是以Cr_2O_3、CrO_3的非晶形式存在;在烧结过程中,六价铬逐步被还原为三价铬,约25%的六价铬转化为三价铬,最终达克罗涂层六价铬含量约占总铬量的25%;随着烧结时间的延长,六价铬转化率增加,当烧结时间达到30 min时,六价铬最终转化率达到75%左右。Using XRD and XPS methods, the effect of sintering time on hexavalent chromium content in dacromet coating was researched, conversion relation between hexavalent chromium and trivalent chromium was discussed, the form and transformation mechanism of chromium in dacromet coating were analyzed, and the hexavalent chromium content in dacromet coating were estimated. The results showed that chromium was amorphous form of Cr203 and Cr03 amorphous form in dacromet coating. In sintering process, nearly 25% of hexavalent chromium was transformed into trivalent chromium, and ultimately hexavalent chromium content in dacromet coating amounts was 25% of the total amount of chromium. With the increasing of sintering time, when the sintering time reached 30 min, the final conversion rate of hexavalent chromium was about 75%.
