摘　　要：以社区为依托的居家养老服务是我国社会化养老服务体系建设中的重点,因此在医养结合型养老服务中也应重点关注如何向选择居家养老服务的老年人提供更为便捷的服务。文章通过利益相关集团分析,为探索家庭医生团队参与居家养老医养结合型养老服务模式的实践提供前期评价。The home-based care services for the elderly based on community is the key to the construction of social old-age service system in China.So the integration of medical care and pension service should also focus on how to provide more convenient services for the elderly who choose the home-based care services.This article is to provide a preliminary evaluation for exploring the participation of family doctor team in the practice of home-based care services by stakeholder analysis.
