甘肃平凉、云南砚山中医药适宜技术普及情况调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:对比甘肃省平凉市、云南省砚山县中医药适宜技术的群众普及现状及应用情况,分析影响中医药适宜技术发展的因素。方法:采用问卷调查法,对平凉市区和砚山县城区群众随机进行问卷调查。结果:(1)疗效好、方便、省钱是被调查者选择中医药适宜技术的主要原因;(2)约47%的被调查者选择用中医药适宜技术治疗感冒、关节炎、落枕等疾病;(3)71.82%的被调查者表示完全信任或信任度较高,认为接受中医药适宜技术治疗后的效果非常有效或基本有效的人数占总调查对象的73.44%。结论:中医药适宜技术在平凉和砚山两地群众中的认知度、使用率和信任程度均较高,值得继续深入推广应用。两地尚需继续提升医院医疗水平,为中医药的宣传提供良好平台。同时,制定合理的收费标准,提高报销比例,规范诊疗标准,因地制宜选用适合当地的适宜技术对中医药适宜技术的推广具有积极的作用。Objective To compare the popularization and application situation of TCM appropriate technologies in Yanshan county of Yunnan province and Pingliang city of Gansu Province,and to analyze the influencing factors of TCM appropriate technology development.Methods Questionnaire was designed to randomly survey citizens in Yanshan county and Pingliang City.Results＂Good effects＂,＂convenient＂and＂Cheap＂were the main reasons for the choice of the appropriate technology of TCM;47% of the respondents used the appropriate technology for treatment of colds,arthritis and neck stiffness;71.82% of the respondents had full trust or high trust in the technology,and 73.44% of the respondents thought the effect of TCM appropriate technology very effective or effective.Conclusions The awareness,usage and credibility of TCM appropriate technology are all very high in Pingliang city and Yanshan county,so the TCM appropriate technology is worthy of further popularization and application.It is still necessary to enhance the level of medical treatment of the hospitals,to provide a good platform for the promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Meanwhile,the establishment of a reasonable standard of fees,improvement in the proportion of reimbursement,normative diagnosis and treatment standards,and selection of appropriate technologies according to local conditions play positive roles in the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technologies.
