摘  要:锡作为一种重要的矿产资源,在很多领域中都有应用,由于锡的广泛应用性,因此加强锡分析测试研究显得越发重要起来,本文主要探讨分光光度法测定地质样品中微量锡。通过锡与溴化十六烷基三甲胺-水杨基荧光酮的显色反应,利用光度法试验表明,在0.5~2.5mol.L-1的硫酸介质中,在溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)存在下,锡与水杨基荧光酮(SAF)可形成稳定的红色配合物,在分光光度计上,以试剂空白溶液作参比,于510nm波长处测定吸光度。实验表明对地质样品中微量锡采用分光光度法进行测定具有非常高的灵敏度。Tin as a kind of important mineral resources, has been applied in many fields, due to the wide application of tin tin, so to strengthen the analysis and test research is becoming more and more important, this paper mainly discusses the determination of Trace Tin in Geological Samples by spectrophotometry. The tin trimethyl ammonium bromide and sixteen salicylfluorone chromogenic reaction, using spectrophotometric tests show that in the 0.5 ~ 2.5mol.L-1 in sulfuric acid medium, sixteen trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB) the presence of tin with salicylfluorone(SAF) can form stable red color the complexes in the spectrophotometer, the reagent blank solution as a reference, to determine the absorbance at the wavelength of 510 nm. The experimental results show that the determination of Trace Tin in Geological Samples by spectrophotometry has very high sensitivity.
