摘  要:针对当前的振管式结冰检测传感器只具有结冰阈值报警功能,缺乏冰层厚度测量能力等缺点,对传感器进行改进和优化设计。使用扫频电路代替LC谐振电路,以提供稳定的激振信号;通过多项式目标函数法,将被测频率、环境温度以及冰层厚度结合起来,实现对冰层厚度的准确检测。对改进后的样品进行了性能测试,结果显示该传感器稳定性有显著提升,同时实现了对冰层厚度的准确测量,冰层厚度测量误差小于0.15mm,证实了设计的正确性。In view of the shortcomings of current vibrating tube icing detection sensors, only having icing threshold alarm function and lacking ice layer thickness measurement capability, the optimization and improvement are done in the design scheme of the sensor. Frequency sweep circuit is used instead of original LC resonant circuit to provide stable excitation signals. Polynomial objective function is used to combine the resonant frequency, environment temperature and ice thickness for achieving accurate detection of ice thickness. The performance of the improved sensor is tested. The results show that the stability of the sensor is improved remarkably, and the accurate measurement of the ice thickness is realized with the measuring error less than 0.15mm. The correctness of the design is proved.
