摘 要:半个世纪以来,液态食品包装界的利乐公司推出的一系列高效饮品包装,颠覆了整个传统食品零售产业。支撑在该公司取得近乎垄断的商业成功的背后,是该公司创始人鲁宾·劳辛在成立公司时立下的设计准则。文章以几款具有相对代表性的利乐包装产品为出发点,解读其设计形态、功能与价值,分析利乐包装设计取得全球范围内认可的成因,提炼设计背后的理论支撑,阐明蕴含在该公司系列包装设计中的原理及方法,以对日后的设计实践有所启示。Tetra Pak, as one of the leading companies in food packaging industry, have launched a series of hygiene and efficient drinking packaging designs which revolutionized the entire traditional food retailing industry over the past five decades. Its nearly monopoly commercial success owes to the initial design guidelines brought by the founder of Tetra Pak. This paper starts with the shape, function and value of its relatively representative design products, analyzing the worldwide recognition of Tetra Pak to summarize what theory supported behind the success and then discusses in the perspective of art and design to conclude design principles and approaches which could be taken as references and inspirations for design practices in times to come.
