隔姜灸联合辨证施护对艾滋病腹泻患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨隔姜灸联合辨证施护对艾滋病腹泻患者生命质量的影响。方法将63例伴随腹泻症状的艾滋病患者随机分为治疗组(n=32)和对照组(n=31),对照组采用口服黄连素加口服盐水补液治疗并给予常规护理,治疗组采用隔姜灸治疗的同时给予辨证施护。记录2组患者治疗后的大便频次,评价疗效和患者生存质量。结果治疗7 d和14 d后,治疗组患者大便频次较对照组减少(P<0.05),且治疗组总有效率93.8%,高于对照组的83.9%(P<0.05);治疗组患者艾滋病患者生存质量(M OS-HIV)量表中疼痛、情绪功能、精力和心理功能因子方面改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论隔姜灸联合辨证施护对艾滋病腹泻患者治疗及生命质量的提高效果明显,且方法简便、安全,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the influence of ginger-partition moxibustion combined with nursing based on different symptom on quality of life in HIV-infected patients with diarrhea.Methods Totally 63 HIV-infected patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 32） and the control group（ n = 31）. The control group was given Berberine tablets and saline rehydration,as well as routine care. The treatment group received ginger-partition moxibustion combined with nursing based on different symptoms. The defecation frequency was observed before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy of intervention on diarrhea and quality of life were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The defecation frequency was lower in the treatment group than that of controls 7 days and 14 days after treatment（ P〈0. 05）.The overall effective rate was 93. 8% in the treatment and was 83. 9% in the control group,with a significant different（ P〈0. 05）. Patients in the treatment group had a higher improvement in pain,emotional function,energy and mental health of medical outcomes study HIV health survey（ MOS-HIV） compared with those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of ginger-partition moxibustion combined with nursing based on different symptom can ensure the treatment efficacy on diarrhea and improve the quality of life in HIV-infected patients.
