摘　　要：目的探讨耳内镜下I型鼓室成形术对比传统耳显微镜手术对中耳炎手术治疗患者的影响,总结相关手术护理配合措施。方法接受手术治疗中耳炎患者80例根据手术方式不同分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组在耳显微镜下行手术治疗,观察组在耳内镜下行I型鼓室成形术。对比2组手术时间、术中出血量、手术费用、住院天数,采用口述描绘评分法(VRS)和视觉模拟量表(VAS)评估2组术后疼痛和受困扰程度。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、手术费用、住院天数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组患者相比,观察组患者术后疼痛和受困扰程度均轻。结论耳内镜下中耳炎微创手术创伤小、恢复快,能减轻患者术后早期疼痛和受困扰程度,同时术前、术中、术后护理配合对确保手术顺利开展和患者术后康复意义重大。Objective To compare the influence of type I transcanal myringoplasty under ear endoscope and under otomicroscope on patients with otitis media,and to summarize related nursing cooperative measures during surgical treatment. Methods Totally 40 otitis media patients undergoing type I transcanal myringoplasty under ear endoscope were included as the observation group,Another 40 otitis media patients undergoing surgical treatment under otomicroscope were enrolled as the control group. The operation time,hemorrhage during operation,surgery cost,length of stay were observed,The degree of postoperative pain and disturbing feeling were assessed by verbal rating scale（ VRS） and visual analogue scale（ VAS）. Results Patients in the observation group had a shorter operation time,lower amount of hemorrhage,lower surgery and shorter length of stay compared with those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Patients in the observation group suffered less severity of postoperative pain and less disturbed surgical treatment.Conclusion M inimally invasive surgery under ear endoscope has advantages of less surgical trauma and rapid rehabilitation. It is also required to carry out comprehensive nursing measures to ensure the surgical effect and postoperative rehabilitation.
