改良俯卧位在侧路椎间孔镜手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良俯卧位在侧路椎间孔镜手术中的应用效果。方法 160例择期实施侧路椎间孔镜手术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组采用常规俯卧位,观察组在对照组基础上将床尾下拉60°。观察2组术中出血量、手术时间以及术中C型臂透视次数。结果 2组均顺利完成手术,其中观察组术中出血量低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术时间以及术中C型臂透视次数均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在行侧路椎间孔镜手术中采用改良俯卧位更有利于手术的顺利进行。Objective To observe the application value of modified prone position in transforaminal endoscopic surgery. Methods Totally 160 patients undergoing transforaminal endoscopic surgery were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group. The normal prone position was adopted in the control group,and the modified prone position（ tailstock dow nw ard at a 60-degree angle） was adopted in the observation group. The intraoperative blood loss,operation duration and frequency of X-ray under C-arm were observed.Results The operation was successfully completed in both two groups. There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The operation duration and frequency of X-ray under C-arm in the observation group were less than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of modified prone position may ensure the success of transforaminal endoscopic surgery.
