摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理难点及对策。方法对100例妊娠期糖尿病患者护理难点进行分析,从患者的社会背景、文化程度、接受能力、理解能力、自控能力、遵医行为等方面进行全面评估,建立健康档案。糖尿病专科护士与患者一起设定目标,制定个性化的护理服务方案,协调妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制与运动、胎儿营养的矛盾,及时评价治疗效果,调整治疗方案。结果基本解决妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理难点,饮食及治疗的依从性好,血糖控制理想,有利于各项指标的恢复及糖尿病并发症的防治,新生儿的生存质量得到改善。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者护理难点是多方面的,护理人员要分析原因并采取因人而异的有效对策,提高护理效果。Objective To explore difficulties and nursing countermeasures for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Totally 100 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients were enrolled in this study. The potential nursing difficulties were analyzed in terms of social background,education level,receptivity,comprehension ability,self-control ability and compliance behavior. The diabetes specialist nurse developed an individualized proposal to regulate the maternity blood glucose control and fetal nutrition,and to evaluate the therapeutic effects and adjust the treatment plan. Results The potential difficulties in nursing care of gestational diabetes mellitus patients were solved. The optimal target range for blood glucose in patients was achieved,w hich could help to prevent the diabetic complication. Conclusion Given the various difficulties in nursing care of gestational diabetes mellitus patients,The targeted nursing intervention should be carried out based on the individualization of patients.
