摘 要:水电工程大多处于自然条件恶劣的高山峡谷地带,各类影响工程建设的突发事件频发,做好应急救援调度尤为重要。为满足应急救援的时间紧迫性要求,防止突发事件扩散和衍生,根据水电工程施工的实际情况,分别采用三种模型及算法对两台救援设备应急调度方案进行研究,构建了相对应的调度模型,并给出典型算法,以求解多救援任务作业最长流程时间的最小值,为两台设备应急调度提供决策支持。分别通过工程实例,分析验证了这三种模型与算法的实用性。Hydropower projects are mostly located in mountain valley areas. Various types of emergencies are happened frequently, so an e-mergency rescue plan is particularly important. In order to meet the requirements of urgent time in emergency rescue mission and prevent the spread and derivation of emergency, combined with the actual situation of hydropower project construction, three different models and algo-rithms were used to study the emergency dispatching scheme of two rescue devices and the corresponding scheduling model was built and a typical algorithm was given to solve the minimum value of the longest process time for multiple rescue missions. It provided decision support for emergency scheduling of two equipments. Respectively, through engineering examples, the practicability of the three models and algo-rithms were analyzed and verified.
