摘 要:以1年生中华润楠盆栽幼苗为试验材料,设置不遮光、遮光25%、遮光50%和遮光75%共4种遮光处理;分析不同遮光强度下中华润楠幼苗生长节律及生理特性的变化,为润楠属植物生长规律研究及育苗与栽植提供参考。结果表明:当遮光强度增加,中华润楠幼苗生长和生物量积累受到明显的抑制,但遮光50%和遮光75%的处理抑制效果相近;遮荫也抑制了叶片数量和叶面积的增加,对根冠比的影响不大;叶绿素含量在遮光强度为0%~50%的范围内随着遮光强度加大而下降,但在遮光75%时叶绿素含量最大。利用Von Bertalanffy生长曲线模型对中华润楠苗高和地径的日生长变化进行方程拟合,根据计算方程决定系数R2和卡方值X2可知,不同遮光强度下的中华润楠生长节律仍然符合"S"型生长曲线。表明遮光强度对中华润楠幼苗生长节律和生理特性具有显著的影响,并且拟合曲线方程对于预测中华润楠生长变化具有可靠性。The annual seedling of Machilus chinensis potted seedlings was used as experimental material, set not shading, shading 25%, shading 50% and shading 75% of a total of four shading indensity treatment. The growth rhjrthm and physiological characteristics of M chinensis seedlings under different shading indensity were compared, and provide reference for the research on the growth rhythm, nursery and planting of M. chinensis. The results showed that the growth and biomass accumulation of the seedlings were significantly inhibited with different shading. But the shading indensity 50% and shading indensity 75% of the inhibitory effect is similar. Shading indensity also inhibited the increase in leaf number and leaf aiea, but the effect on the root and shoot ratio is not significant. With the shading intensity, chlorophyll content becomes latte r and decreased undler the range of shading indensity 0% to shading indensity 50%, but in the shading indensity 75% of the largest chlorophyll content. The Von Bertalanffy growth curve model was used to fit the growth of the height and diameter of M. chinensis, according to the calculation equation to detennine the coefficient R2 and chi-square value X2, the growth rhythm of Machilus chinensis under different shading indensily still accorded with the HS" growth curve. The results showed that different shading indensity conditions had a significant effect on the growth rhythm and physiology characteristics of the M. chinensis seedlings, and the fitting curve equation is reliable for predicting the growth of M. chinensis.
