摘 要:考虑主动配电网(active distribution network,ADN)对分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)的消纳能力以及DG投资成本,以年综合成本最小为目标建立ADN中计及电动汽车影响与需求侧管理的DG配置模型;并在DG规划过程中考虑DG出力的切除量最小,基于分层求解的思想,将模型分解成双层模型。提出差分进化算法和原对偶内点法相结合的策略对模型进行求解;最后以IEEE-33节点ADN为算例测试模型和算法的有效性,分析电动汽车和需求侧管理对规划结果的影响。Considering absorption ability of active distribution network (ADN) to distributed generation CDG) and DG in-vestment cost, this paper takes yearly comprehensive cost as the minimum target to build a DG configuration model for ADN considering influence of electric vehicle (EV) and demand side management (DSM). It also takes into account minimum cut-off of DG output in the process of DG planning and decomposes the above model into a bi-level planning model based on hi-erarchical solving idea. In addition, it presents a strategy combining differential evolution algorithm with primal dual interi-or point algorithm for solving, and by taking IEEE-33 node ADN for example, it tests effectiveness of the model and algo-rithm as well as analyzes influence of EV and DSM on planning results.
