护理干预联合电针治疗社区成年女性压力性尿失禁的近期疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察护理干预联合电针对社区成年女性压力性尿失禁的近期疗效。方法选择36例社区成年女性压力性尿失禁患者,分为观察组(18例)和对照组(18例),对照组给予电针治疗,观察组在此基础上联合护理干预,疗程为6周。比较两组患者尿失禁的临床症状和生活质量的改善效果。结果可评价病例35例,观察组18例,对照组17例。治疗6周后,与治疗前比较,两组患者尿失禁的临床症状和生活质量均改善明显,观察组较对照组改善更显著,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论社区成年女性压力性尿失禁患者在电针治疗的基础上,联合护理干预,尿失禁症状的改善和生活质量的提高更明显。Objective To study the effect of nursing interventions combined with electrical acupuncture on the treatment for community female stress urinary incontinence. Methods Thirty-six patients were assigned to the observation group（18 cases）and the control group（18 cases）. Electrical acupuncture was implemented in control group while patients in observation group received nursing interventions combined with electrical acupuncture for 6 weeks. The therapeutic effects between these two groups were evaluated after treatment. Results Thirty-five patients completed in the 6-week treatment program. In both of the groups,there were significant improvements in 1-hour pad test urine loss and totalscore of quality of life（QOL）. There were significant differences between these two groups in 1-hour pad test urine loss and total-score of QOL（P〈0.001）. Conclusion Compared with electrical acupuncture,treatment of nursing interventions combined with electrical acupuncture on SUI demonstrated significant effect in improving urine loss and QOL.
