警卫实战化训练路径探析

摘　　要：警卫实战化训练是生成警卫战斗力的根本途径。警卫训练要做到实战化,首先要搞清楚警卫实战的真实面貌,分析其对警卫战斗力之需求,然后以战斗力需求为牵引建立对应战斗力生成的系统完整的警卫实战化训练内容体系,探索科学的警卫实战化训练方法;针对受训者不同工作岗位的能力素质需求,分层次有重点地进行训练;建设实战化训练场地和设施,为警卫实战化训练提供平台支撑;按实战要求组织考核和比武,树立正确的训练导向。The actual combat training mode of VIP protection is a basic approach to building up the combat capability. In order to carry out actual combat training in VIP protection,we must firstly find out what actual combat is in real life scenario and analyze the demands of combat capability,so that the training content of VIP protection can be formulated systematically based on the demands,and scientific training method can be figured out. Secondly,we should emphasize the training of some skills according to the capability requirements of different posts. Thirdly,actual combat training court and facilities shall be built in order to provide a good platform. Finally,we should organize training assessment and competition so as to point out a direction for the training.
