摘 要:紫杉醇作为治疗癌症的有效药物具有很强的抗癌效果和广谱治疗范围.紫杉醇白蛋白纳米粒可提高其溶解度和生物利用率.本文采用注入法制备不同药载比(紫杉醇/牛血清白蛋白)的紫杉醇白蛋白纳米粒,考察了其粒径及释药性能.以药载比为9∶1制备的纳米粒的粒径最小,颗粒最均匀并且其释放速率最慢,有较好的缓释效果.考察药载比为9∶1制备的纳米粒的稳定性及载药量.放置一周后其粒径没有太大变化判断其稳定,计算载药量为11.45%.Paclitaxel,an effective drug for the treatment of cancer,has a strong anti-cancer effect and broad-spectrum treatment.Paclitaxel albumin nanoparticles can increase their solubility and bioavailability.In this paper,paclitaxel albumin nanoparticles with different drug/carrier ratio(paclitaxel/bovine serum albumin)were preparedby Injection method.The particle size and drug release properties of the prepared paclitaxel nanoparticles were investigated.The nanoparticles prepared with paclitaxel/bovine serum albumin ratio of 9∶1had the smallest and most uniform particle size,as well as the slowest release rate,which indicated that the resulting nanoparticle had better sustained release effect.After being placed for one week,the particle size of the nanoparticle did not change significantly,which indicated that the particle was stable.The drug loading was calculated to be 11.45%.
