多普勒彩色超声心动图在老年急性心肌梗死患者心功能诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多普勒彩色超声心动图在老年急性心肌梗死患者临床诊断中的价值。方法:选取92例老年急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,分别采用多普勒彩色超声心动图和心电图诊断,比较两种方法准确率与漏诊率以及梗死部位情况。结果:92例中多普勒彩色超声心动图检出89例占96.7%,未检出3例占3.3%,心电图检出74例占80.4%,未检出18例占19.6%,两组方法在准确率和漏诊率的比较上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多普勒彩色超声心动图在诊断部位上主要为下壁21例、前壁17例、右心室14例和非Q波型11例,心电图主要为下壁18例、前壁17例和右心室11例,与之相比主要在下壁3例、右心室3例、前间壁2例、后壁3例、非Q波型3例上出现漏诊。结论:多普勒彩色超声心动图在患者心功能诊断上具有准确、方便、安全等优点。Objective：To investigate the value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）.Methods： 92 cases of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as the research object,and the accuracy and missed diagnosis rate and the location of infarction were compared by using Doppler color echocardiography and electrocardiogram （ECG） in two cases.Results： 92 cases of color Doppler echocardiography detected 89 cases accounted for 96.7%,was not detected in 3 cases accounted for 3.3%,ECG detected 74 cases accounted for 80.4%,was not detected in 18 cases accounted for 19.6%,two group differences in the comparison accuracy rate and the misdiagnosis rate had statistical significance （P〈0.05）;color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of the main parts for the wall in 21 cases,17 cases of anterior wall and right ventricle in 14 cases and non Q wave type in 11 cases,ECG was mainly under the wall in 18 cases,11 cases and 17 cases of anterior wall of right ventricle,compared with the main wall in 3 cases,in 3 cases,right ventricle in 2 cases,3 cases of anterior wall and posterior wall of non Q wave in 3 cases appeared missed.Conclusion： The color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiac function is accurate,convenient,safe and so on.
