川芎嗪联合宣肺通络汤治疗肺动脉高压老年患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察川芎嗪联合宣肺通络汤治疗肺动脉高压老年患者的临床疗效。方法:将76例肺动脉高压老年患者依随机数字表法平均纳入对照及治疗两组,对照组在基础性疗法的同时给予川芎嗪进行治疗,治疗组则于对照组疗法的基础之上联合自拟宣肺通络汤治疗,治疗后评估并对比两组临床疗效,观察两组患者的相关临床观察指标,检测对比两组患者肺功能。结果:治疗组之临床治愈率为39.47%,总有效率为89.47%;对照组临床治愈率为21.05%,总有效率为76.32%;治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的6min步行距离试验、肺动脉收缩压、PO2及肺功能各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:川芎嗪联合宣肺通络汤治疗肺动脉高压疗效理想,可有效降低肺动脉压,改善患者的临床症状及肺功能。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Ligustrazine combined with Xuanfei Tongluo decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary hypertension.Methods： 76 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary hypertension, follow the table with 76 patients on average into control and treatment group two, control group on the basis of the therapy given Ligustrazine treatment, treatment group in the control group based on the therapy combined with Xuanfei Tongluo decoction treatment after treatment, to evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups, observed the clinical patients in the two groups, two groups of patients with pulmonary function test comparison.Results：The clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 39.47%, the total effective rate was 89.47%, the clinical cure rate of the control group was 21.05%, the total effective rate was 76.32%, and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The 6 minutes walking distance test, pulmonary artery systolic pressure, PO2 and pulmonary function indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The curative effect of Ligustrazine combined with Xuanfei Tongluo decoction in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension is ideal, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of patients, and reduce the pulmonary artery pressure.
