洋参御唐方对2型糖尿病肾病患者纤维连结蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨洋参御唐方对2型糖尿病肾病患者纤维连结蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原的影响。方法:选取2型糖尿病肾病患者100例,未干预组患者50例服用常规西药治疗,干预组在此基础上加洋参御唐方治疗;另选取64名健康体检者为对照组。使用ELISA法检测血清纤维连结蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原水平。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组纤维连结蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原水平逐渐下降(P均<0.05)。干预治疗组纤维连结蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原水平逐渐下降(P均<0.05)。相关性分析显示治疗组纤维连结蛋白水平与Cr和HbA1c正相关,与血磷负相关,Ⅳ型胶原水平与Cr和HbA1c正相关(P均<0.05)。结论:自拟洋参御唐方可显著降低2型糖尿病肾病患者纤维连结蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原水平。Objective：To study the effect of self-prepared Yangshen Yutang decoction on fibronectin and type IV collagen in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy （DN）.Methods：One hundred T2DM patients were involved as the experimental group, 64 healthy subjects as the healthy group.Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbnent Assay （ELISA） detected levels of serum fibronectin and type IV collagen.Results： After treatment, fibronectin and type IV collagen in DN group decreased gradually compared with the healthy group （all P〈0.05）.Levels of fibronectin and type IV collagen decreased gradually in the intervention group （all P〈0.05）.Correlation analysis showed that fibronectin in DN group was positively correlated with Cr and HbA1c, and negatively correlated with serum phosphorus;type IV collagen level was positively correlated with Cr and HbA1c （all P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Self-prepared Yangshen Yutang decoction intervention can significantly reduce fibronectin and type IV collagen levels in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
