消肿止痛膏对足肿胀模型大鼠足肿胀度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察大鼠足肿胀急性炎症模型足肿胀度的变化。探讨消肿止痛膏的消肿抗炎效果,为临床应用消肿止痛膏治疗急性软组织损伤提供实验基础。方法:选84只无特殊差别的健康成年大鼠,随机分成空白组、模型组、治疗组。造模成功后应用容积法测量各组大鼠右后肢肿胀容积,观察各组大鼠足肿胀度随时间的变化及治疗后的变化。结果:消肿止痛膏组、扶他林乳膏组与模型组相比其肿胀率明显降低,肿胀抑制率明显增高(P<0.05),消肿止痛膏组与扶他林乳膏组组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:消肿止痛膏通过调节大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀度的变化,效果相当于扶他林乳膏,可以抑制急性炎症发生发展过程。Objective： To observe the anti-inflammation effect of Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment on paw edema rats, providing experimental basis for the clinical application of the ointment in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury.Methods： 84 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, including blank group, model group and treatment groups.The volume of the right hind limb of each rat was measured by the volumetric method after the model was activated successfully in different time and after different treatment.Results： Compared with the model group, the paw swelling rate of Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment group and votalin group decreased significantly, and the inhibition rate was significantly higher （P〈 0.05）.No significant difference was observed between Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment group and votalin group （P〉 0.05）.Conclusion： Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment can suppress the development of acute inflammation by reducing the paw swelling rate of rat, which is consistent with the effect of votalin.
