^(32)磷联合手术切除治疗耳部瘢痕疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察^(32)磷治疗耳部增生性瘢痕的3种方法的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2014年1月—2016年6月共治疗外耳增生性瘢痕37例作为研究对象,分别采用瘢痕体内^(32)磷胶体注射治疗、瘢痕手术切除后^(32)磷敷贴治疗、瘢痕手术切除后^(32)磷敷贴及^(32)磷胶体注射治疗。结果耳部增生性瘢痕手术切除后^(32)磷敷贴及^(32)磷胶体注射治疗治愈率最高为100.00%;耳部瘢痕手术切除后^(32)磷敷贴放射性皮肤损伤最小;单纯瘢痕体内^(32)磷胶体注射治疗治愈率稍低为88.89%、放射性皮肤损伤最重。结论 ^(32)磷联合手术切除是治疗耳部增生性瘢痕较为有效的方法,可根据瘢痕大小、部位、手术切除难易和美观要求选择治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of ^32Phosphorus and operation resection in treatment of ear hyperplastic scar. Methods 37 cases of patients with ear hyperplastic scar admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were conveniently selected and respectively adopted the ^32phosphorus colloid injection treatment and ^32phosphorus application therapy after the scar operation. Results The cure rate of ^32phosphorus application and ^32phosphorus colloid injection treatment was as high as 100.00% after the ear hyperplastic scar surgical resection, and the injury of ^32phosphorus application radiology skin injury after the ear scar surgery was the smallest, and the cure rate of simple scar ^32phosphorus colloid injection in vivo was 88.89%, and the injury of radiology was the heaviest. Conclusion ^32phosphorus combined with operation resection is an effective treatment method of ear hyperplastic scar, and we can select the treatment method according the scar size, site and difficulty of operation resection and beauty requirements.
