心脉通胶囊治疗缺血性脑中风的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心脉通胶囊治疗缺血性脑中风的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的改善效果。方法方便选取青岛市城阳区第二人民医院神经内科2015年11月—2016年11月收治的缺血性脑中风患者72例,使用随机数字表法分为两组(各36例):给予对照组常规西药基础治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用心脉通胶囊。观察两组患者的神经功能缺损改善情况、日常生活能力、生活质量及临床疗效等。结果观察组治疗后的NIHSS评分、ADL评分、SS-QOL评分分别为(7.17±2.32)分、(77.63±12.01)分、(76.82±20.96)分,对照组为(9.86±2.19)分、(71.07±11.37)分、(59.36±18.69)分,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为94.44%,对照组为75.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未见肝肾功能损害等严重疾病,心电图、生化指标检查正常。结论心脉通胶囊辅助治疗缺血性脑中风疗效确切,可显著改善患者神经功能,提高患者日常生活能力和生活质量,用药安全,有临床推广价值。Objective To discuss the curative effect of Xinmaitong capsules in treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy and effect on the quality of life of patients. Methods Convenient selection 72 cases of patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine western medicine, while the observation group added the xinmaitong capsules on the basis of the control group, and the nerve function defect improvement, daily living abilities,quality of life and clinical curative effect of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score, ADL score and SS-QOL score in the observation group and in the control group were respectively（7.17 ±2.32）points,（77.63 ±12.01）points,（76.82±20.96） points and（ 9.86 ± 2.19） points,（ 71.07 ± 11.37） points,（ 59.36 ± 18.69） points, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the total treatment effective rate between the observation group and the control group was obvious with statistical significance（94.44% vs 75.00%）（P〈0.05）,and there were no severe diseases such as liver and renal function injuries, and the electrocardiogram and biochemical index examination were normal. Conclusion The curative effect of xinmaitong capsules in treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy and effect on the quality of life of patients is definite, which can obviously improve the nerve function and improve the daily living abilities and quality of life, and the medication is safe, and it is of clinical promotion value.
