多波长氪离子激光治疗眼底病临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察多波长氪离子激光治疗眼底病临床效果。方法采用数字随机的方法 ,把方便选取2015年7月—2016年7月该院收治的眼底病患者120例划分为两组(对照组=60例,给予常规治疗;研究组=60例,给予多波长氪离子激光治疗方法),并对最终的治疗效果进行分析和对比。结果在治疗总体有效率方面(对照组和研究组的治疗总体有效率分别为83.3%和95.0%),研究组的情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在并发症率方面(对照组和研究组的并发症率分别为13.3%和3.3%),研究组的情况显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于眼底病患者来说,采用多波长氪离子激光治疗方法,效果显著,有利于提高治疗总体有效率和减少并发症率,值得在临床中大力推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of different wavelength krypton lasers in treatment of fundi disease.Methods 120 cases of patients with fundi disease admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were conveniently divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group and research group were respectively treated with routine method and different wavelength krypton lasers, and the treatment effect was finally compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group,（83.3% vs 95.0%）（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant, and the incidence rate of complications in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group,（3.3% vs 13.3%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of different wavelength krypton lasers in treatment of fundi disease is obvious, which is conducive to improving the total treatment effective rate and reducing the complication rate, and it is worth great promotion and application in clinic.
