硫酸特步他林、布地奈德联合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨硫酸特步他林联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘急性发作临床效果分析。方法整群选取2015年8月—2017年2月在该院呼吸内科治疗的86例支气管哮喘急性发作患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,在此基础上观察组采用硫酸特步他林、布地奈德联合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状改善时间及肺功能。结果两组患者在经过治疗后,观察组与对照组的有效率分别为93.02%与75.86%,两组患者结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咳嗽、憋喘、呼吸困难、肺部哮鸣音等消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FEV1、PEP、FEV1/FVC明显较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸特步他林、布地奈德联合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作效果显著,能够快速缓解症状,缩短治疗时间,改善肺通气功能,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To study the clinical effect of terbutaline sulfate and budesonide in treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods 86 cases of patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from August2015 to February 2017 were group selected, the control group adopted the routine western medicine treatment, while the observation group were treated with terbutaline sulfate and budesonide on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effect, symptoms improvement time and lung function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 93.02% and 75.86%, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the disappearance time of cough, asthma, dyspnea and lung wheezing in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant,（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the FEV1, PEP and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were obviously improved compared with those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of terbutaline sulfate and budesonide in treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma is obvious, which can rapidly relieve the symptoms,shorten the treatment time and improve the pulmonary ventilation function, which is of positive clinical significance,
