摘  要:为了研究定子铁心采用非晶合金材料对永磁电机温度分布的影响,首先基于无限大平板层法对两种叠压系数非晶合金铁心试样轴向叠片的导热系数进行测试;然后利用电磁场软件对两台定子铁心分别采用非晶合金材料和硅钢片材料、其余结构尺寸完全相同的1.6 k W永磁同步电机的损耗进行计算,在此基础上对两台电机的三维温度场进行仿真分析,并对比分析了硅钢片电机和非晶合金电机的温度分布规律;最后对这两台电机进行了温升试验,并将试验数据与计算结果进行对比,验证了分析、计算的有效性。In order to study the influence of amorphous alloy stator core on the temperature distribution of permanent magnet motor, an experiment for measuring the thermal conductivity of stacked amorphous alloy iron core in axial direction was conducted based on infinite plate method, and two groups of amorphous alloy samples with different stacking factors were measured. Then the losses of two 1. 6 kW permanent magnet motors with the same dimensions but different stator core materials were calculated by electromagnetic field software. One of the stator cores is made of amorphous alloy, and the other is made of conventional silicon steel. Based on the losses results,the 3D temperature field was calculated, and the temperature distributions of amorphous alloy motor and silicon steel motor were compared. Finally, the temperature rise test of the two motors was conducted, and the test data were compared with the calculated results, which validated the effectiveness of the analysis and calculation.
