摘　　要：以肉品为研究对象,以供应链为视角,以物联网为信息手段,提出了基于GIS的肉品全周期质量安全追溯体系,详细分析了肉品供应链追溯信息流链路以及相应数据库的设计,分析和设计了肉品冷链物流过程中的车辆监控系统及肉品追溯系统,实现了对肉品的全程追溯。This paper takes meat-production as research object,supply chain as perspective,Internet of Things as information technology,puts foraward a traceability system of meat-production full cycle quality and safety based on GIS,analyzes the information flow link of meat-production supply chain tracing and designs the corresponding database,It also analyzes and designs the vehicle monitoring system in cold chain logistics and meat-production traceability system to realize the meat-production information tracing in the whole supply chain.
