摘　　要：KDF2滤棒成型机在生产醋纤颗粒基棒时,由于添加的多孔颗粒容易沾粘在滤棒搭口粘合剂热熔胶处,引起滤棒爆口,致使滤棒存在质量隐患甚至导致设备出现频繁停机,制约着设备的运转率。针对这问题,从热熔胶上胶系统、温度控制系统、负压入口等多方面探讨解决方案,改进设备。改进后的使用效果表明,采用改进设计方案有效地提高了设备的运行效率。Because the added porous particles can easily have stick on mouth of the filter stick adhesive hot melt adhesive,the filter rod cracking-off is caused when the cellulose acetate granular base rods are made by KDF2 filter rod forming machine,the operation rate of the equipment.For this,so as to reduce its quallty and the hot melt adhesive system,temperature control system,suction inlet are discussed in this paper.The results show that the modified design scheme can be used to effectively improves the efficiency of the equipment.
