摘　　要：针对国标GB/T 19942-2005中偶氮染料的测试方法进行分析,提出实验过程中的注意事项。同时对测试方法中高效液相色谱法的色谱条件进行优化。优化后的高效液相色谱的分析时间从原来的45 min缩短到20 min,提高效率,降低成本,满足大量皮革样品检测偶氮染料的需求。This article analyzes the test method of banned azo colourants in GB/T 19942-2005 and putsforward the questions during the experiment. At the same time, it optimizes the test method ofchromatographic conditions in high performance liquid chromatography. After optimizing, analytic time ofhigh performance liquid chromatography is reduced from 45 min to 20 min. And it improves efficiency,reduces costs, meets needs of a large number of banned azo colourants test in leather samples.
