大学生应如何培养爱的能力

摘　　要：大学生在大学期间若想获得真正的爱情,要学会培养爱的能力。首先应该培养迎接爱的能力;其次要培养拒绝爱的能力;第三要培养承受失恋的能力,学会失恋之后的心理调适;第四要培养发展爱的能力。恋爱的双发要相互关心,学会包容和体谅,为对方承担责任,做到对对方的忠贞专一。In a university, a college student has the ability to love others in order to pursue the true love. Hence, they should first cultivate the ability to meet love. Second, they must cultivate the ability to refuse love. Third, they have to cultivate the ability to bear the lovelorn, including the ability to adjust to the break-up. Finally, they must cultivate the ability to develop love. Two parties of love should take care of each other, learn tolerance and understanding each other, be responsible for and be loyal to each other.
