摘 要:为了探究防锈剂三乙醇胺硼酸酯(TB)对水基润滑添加剂妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺(TOAD)性能影响,获得综合性能更加优良的水基润滑剂,选择2 g TOAD分别与1~5 g的TB复配出100 g的水基液为研究对象,分别参照GB/T 3142—1982、GB/6144—2010探究其极压抗磨、防腐防锈性能。研究表明,TB极压值小于98 N,极压性能差,但可以极大提高TOAD的极压抗磨性能。2%TOAD水基润滑液不具有腐蚀性,但防锈作用不强;TB水基防锈液防锈效果好,但对铝合金具有腐蚀作用;TOAD与TB复配液表现出更好的防腐防锈性能。In order to explore the impact performance of antirust additive triethanolamine borate(TB) to lubricating additive tall oleic acid diethanolamide(TOAD),and obtain more excellent comprehensive performance of water-based lubricant,this paper choosed 2 g TOAD respectively compounded with 1~5 g TB acquiring a 100 g of aqueous solution as the research object,its extreme pressure,antiwear,antirust and corrosion resistance were explored respectively according to GB/T 3142—1982,GB/6144—2010.Studies show that the extreme pressure value of TB is less than 98 N meaning that extreme pressure performance is poor,but it can greatly improve TOAD extreme pressure and antiwear performance.2% TOAD waterbased lubricant is not corrosive,but antirust effect is not strong;anti-rust effect of TB is good,except that it has some corrosive effect to the aluminum alloy;The compounded liquid of TOAD and TB has better anticorrosion performance.
