摘　　要：县级公立医院是基层医疗卫生服务体系的龙头,是沟通城乡、连接城市大医院与基层医疗卫生机构的桥梁与纽带,对县级公立医院综合改革的研究非常重要。本文采用文献研究法、访谈法、比较研究法并分析医院数据,对山西省A县人民医院综合改革现状进行研究,发现存在的问题,提出对策,从而为新阶段公立医院改革提供借鉴。The county-level public hospitals are the leading cadres of the primary health care service system. It is a bridge and link between urban and rural areas and connecting large hospitals and primary health care institutions. It is very important to study the comprehensive reform of public hospitals at county level. This paper uses the literature research method, the interview method, the comparative research method and analyzes the hospital data, to study the current situation of the comprehensive reform of the people＇s hospital of A County in Shanxi province, and finds out the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures to provide reference for the reform of the public hospitals in the new stage.
