摘　　要：目前高等教育转型发展势在必行,各高校均从不同层面研究探讨转型发展问题。但是高校转型发展想要卓有成效,关键是改革创新人才培养模式,以满足社会经济和产业结构的发展需求为人才培养目标,结合自身的办学优势及所在地区社会经济的发展需求,办出有特色有水平的地方高等院校。本文首先分析应用型本科院校人才培养模式革的重要意义;然后介绍河北工程技术学院建筑学专业在京津冀一体化背景下人才培养模式的理论与实践研究。At present, the transformation and development of higher education is imperative, and all colleges and universities have studied and discussed the problem of transformation and development from different levels. If the transformation and development wants to be very fruitful, the key is to reform the innovative talents training mode, so as to meet the needs of social economy and industrial structure development as the talent training goal, and combined with their own advantages of running school and social and economic development needs in the region, do a unique level of local colleges and universities.
