摘 要:在钻遇漏层时,为防止堵漏钻井液造成憋堵,需要起钻甩掉定向仪器,再重新下钻堵漏,不仅耗时,还增加成本。鉴于此,研制了可多次开关随钻堵漏阀。该随钻堵漏阀通过地面投球的方式控制其开关,具有安全可靠、操作简单和性能稳定等特点。堵漏阀可随钻具一起入井,不影响正常钻进作业,单井次最多可进行6次堵漏施工作业。现场应用结果表明:可多次开关随钻堵漏阀的开关性能稳定,在耐高温方面具有较高的可靠性,应用中井底温度高达158.0℃,钻井液密度1.3 g/cm^3,累计入井时间300 h,工作时间200 h,钻进井段3 823~4 238 m,进尺415 m,工具一切正常。与国外同类工具相比,研制的可多次开关随钻堵漏阀成本低,能有效缩短钻井周期,降低钻井成本,具有较好的经济效益。To prevent the plugging of lost circulation prevention fluid, it is necessary to disassembly the direc-tional drilling instrument and run in drill pipe to treat well loss, which is time-consuming and costly. In view of this, a multi-opening circulating valve has been developed. The circulating valve, which is ball activated, has the features of safety and reliability, easy operation and stable performance. The valve could be connected in the drill string without influencing the normal drilling operations, and could allow up to 6 times well loss plugging operations. Field application results show that the multi-opening circulating valve has not only stable switching performance but also has high temperature resistance reliability. Under the drilling fluid density of 1. 3 g/cm3, the valve had a cumulative downhole time of 300 h and working time of 200 h during drilling 3 823 - 4 238 m with the footage of 415 m. Compared with similar foreign tools, the developed multi-opening circulating valve requires low operation ex-pense, and could effectively shorten the drilling cycle, reduce drilling costs, presenting good economic benefits.
