摘 要:为了探索调质处理中淬火温度对新型压裂泵阀箱材料用钢30CrNi2MoV力学性能和耐蚀性能的影响,研究了3种热处理工艺:(1)相变点以下780℃淬火+620℃回火;(2)相变点附近830℃淬火+620℃回火;(3)相变点以上880℃淬火+620℃回火。并将3种工艺处理后的锻件与原始锻件性能进行对比。研究结果表明:原始锻件力学性能和耐腐蚀性能最差,经过热处理后其综合性能都得到较大幅度的提升;随淬火温度的增加,试样的强度和硬度随淬火温度的增加而增加,塑性降低;热处理后试样拉伸断裂属于韧性断裂;冲击性能在830℃淬火+620℃回火时达到最大,淬火温度为830℃时材料耐腐蚀性能最好。综合考虑力学性能和耐蚀性能,建议压裂泵阀箱用钢30CrNi2MoV在830℃左右进行淬火。To explore the effect of quenching temperature on the mechanical properties and corrosion resist -ance of 30CrNi2MoY steel for new fracturing pump valve chamber during quenching and tempering, three kinds of heat treatment processes have been studied, namely, 780 Tl quenching + 620 ℃. tempering under phase transfor-ming point, 830 ℃ quenching + 620℃ tempering near the phase transforming point and 880 ℃ quenching + 620 ℃ tempering above phase transforming point. The performances of heat treated steel were then compared with that of the original forging pieces. The results show that, the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the forging pieces are the worst, and its comprehensive performance is significantly improved after heat treatment. With the in-crease of the quenching temperature, the strength and hardness of the specimen increases, but the plasticity decrea-ses. After the heat treatment, the tensile fracture of the specimen is ductile fracture. The impact toughness reaches the maximum value at 830 ℃ quenching + 620 ℃ tempering. The corrosion resistance of the material is the best when the quenching temperature reaches 830℃. Comprehensively considering the mechanical properties and corro-sion resistance, it is suggested that the 30CrNi2MoY steel for the fracturing pump valve chamber be quenched at about 830℃.
