摘　　要：船舶融资租赁在航运企业的发展中发挥着决定性作用,航运企业生产经营高风险的特点导致了航运企业融资的困难。融资租赁作为一种全新的信用方式,对于扩大船舶公司规模、解决资金缺口等一系列问题起到了至关重要的作用。与银行贷款相比,全额资金融通的融资方式更加灵活方便,而且还降低了企业的融资风险。融资租赁虽减轻了融资企业的财务压力,但也存在诚信、利率和汇率等风险,须做好各种风险的防范工作。Ship finance leasing plays a decisive role in the development of shipping enterprises. The high risk of shipping enterprises＇ production and operation leads to the difficulties of shipping enterprises. As a new way of credit,financial leasing has played a crucial role for the expansion of the ship company and solving the funding gap. Compared with the bank loans,the full financing is a more flexible and convenient way to reduce the risk of corporate finance.Although the financial leasing reduces the financial pressure of the financing enterprises,there are also the risks of integrity,interest rates and exchange rates.
