摘  要:为解决水斗式水轮机模型转轮、喷管空间位置测量不准确问题,分析了水斗式水轮机工作原理,提出了一种基于水斗式水轮机射流原理的测量方法。即利用百分表读取位置偏差,通过计算求得转轮、喷管相对空间位置。试验结果表明,采用该方法测量转轮和喷管空间位置重复性好,不因操作人员技术水平而产生差异;测量精度高,完全满足水轮机模型验收试验标准要求;同时该方法也为转轮、喷管位置调整提供依据,为机组稳定运行奠定基础。In order to solve the problem of inaccuracy of space position measurement of runner and nozzle in Pelton turbine model, the working principle of Pelton turbine was analyzed. Thus, a method of measurement based on the jet principle of Pelton turbine was proposed. Namely, position deviation was read by using the dial indicator and then by calculating the relative spatial position of runner and nozzle was acquired. The test results show that by the method, good repeatability is presented in measuring space position of runner and nozzle which does cause differ-ence because of technical levels of the operating personnel. Alos, high precision is improved which fully meets the acceptance and test standard requirements of Pelton turbine model. At the same time, this method provides the ba-sis for runner and nozzle position adjustment, laying the foundation for the stable operation of the unit.
