摘　　要：儿童尤其是婴幼儿作为一类特殊人群,其心血管系统的解剖、生理、心脏电活动频率与成年人有明显区别,儿童心电图的采集方法、分析参数和诊断标准亦有别于成人。但是,目前进行儿童心电图检查所使用的设备却是成人心电图机,诊断标准也大多采用成人标准。因此,开发一款能够无损采集儿童心电信号,支持儿童心电波形算法的专业心电图机刻不容缓。As a special group,children especially infants have their own anatomic and physiologic features of cardiovascular system,and frequencies of cardiac electrical activities,which is significantly different from adults. The collection method,analysis parameters and diagnostic criteria for children electrocardiogram（ ECG） are also different from those for adults. However,the ECG equipments and diagnostic criteria for children are almost the same as those for adults at present. Therefore,it is urgent to develop a professional ECG machine for children,which is capable of collecting children＇s ECG signals nondestructively and supporting children ECG waveform algorithm.
