摘　　要：叶恭绰自幼师承家学,是民国时期知名词学家,参与了数个词社活动,活跃于民国及新中国成立初期的词坛,编辑了《全清词钞》《广箧中词》等重要词学文献。词集《遐庵词》《遐庵词赘稿》流露了词人一生真挚的情感。Inheriting his family learning since childhood,Ye Gongzhuo（ 叶恭绰） emerged as a well-known Ci-poet in the Republic of China era,engaging himself actively in many Ci-poetry-related activities. Ye compiled a number of important Ci-poetry works and collections of Ci-poems. This paper probes into Ye＇s Ci-poetry-related activities and some of his works and collections in order to reveal his contributions to the development of Ci-poetry.
