摘　　要：大数据时代用户面临的知识环境与信息需求发生了很大的变化,这也对农业图书工作者提出了新的要求。该文从个性化信息服务的基本特征、传统图书信息服务与个性化信息服务的比较、农业个性化信息服务的界定、农业个性化信息服务的案例实践研究等四个方面阐述了新时期农业图书工作者应如何管理和运用知识进行农业图书个性化信息服务。In the era of big data,agreat change has taken place in the knowledge environment and information needs faced by the users,which also put forward new requirements for agricultural librarians.Therefore,in this paper,how the agricultural librarians can manage and use the knowledge to carry out the personalized information service in the new period was expounded from the four aspects such as the basic feature of personalized information service,the comparison between traditional book information service and personalized information service,the definition of personalized information service in agriculture,and the case study of personalized information service in agriculture.
