摘 要:采用双催化剂床层进行甲烷催化转化,同时制备乙烯和合成气。所得产物体积比适用于乙烯氢甲酰化制丙醛工艺。为避免氧气在第一个床层的过渡消耗,采用中等活性的Co/γ-Al_2O_3进行第一个床层上的甲烷部分氧化(POM)反应,第二床层则采用Na_2WO_4/Mn/SiO_2催化剂进行氧化偶联(OCM)反应。可以通过控制2种催化剂的用量来改变产品分布。当进料比V(CH_4)∶V(O_2)=3、进料速度为150 cm3/min、催化剂相对用量(Co/γ-Al2O3+Na2WO4/Mn/SiO_2)为(0.01+0.16)g时,可以得到产物设计比例V(CO)∶V(H_2)∶V(C2H4)=1.1∶1∶1.2,且CO和C_2H_4总收率约为18.5%。Dual catalyst bed system was introduced into the conversion of methane to prepare ethylene and syngas,which could be used for further utilization to the production of propanal via hydroformylation under a certain products volume ratio.In order to avoid the over consumption of O2 over the first catalyst bed,the moderately active catalyst Co/γ-Al2O3 for methane partial oxidation was employed,followed by Na2WO4/Mn/Si O2 catalyst for the oxidative coupling of methane.The distribution of products could be tuned by controlling the relative dosages of the two catalysts,and the reaction conditions.A mixture with the desired composition of V(CO) ∶V(H2) ∶V(C2H4) =1.1 ∶1 ∶1.2 was achieved,with the total yield of CO and C2H4 of about18.5%,under the following optimized conditions:V(CH4)∶V(O2)=3,dosage speed was 150 cm-3/min,catalysts relative content(Co/γ-Al2O3+Na2WO4/Mn/SiO2) was(0.01+0.16) g.
