摘 要:近年来,我国在高炉大型化、淘汰落后产能、钢铁行业的供给侧结构性改革等方面取得了明显进展,指导高炉生产的观念正在转变。但是,高炉炼铁也存在一些亟待解决的问题,诸如:精料方针尚未深入贯彻,高炉长寿问题依然严峻,热风温度还有较大提升空间,燃料比偏高等。为此,高炉炼铁技术在发展路径上,一要深入贯彻精料方针;二要努力改善高炉操作,提高煤气利用率;三要重视高炉安全长寿与环境保护;四要提高风温,富氧喷吹,大幅度降低燃料比;五要探索智能炼铁技术;六要注重基础理论研究,不断研发新工艺和新技术。China has made remarkable progress in large sized blast furnace, phase-out of backward production capacity and structural reform at supply side of the steel industry in recent years, and the directive concept of blast furnace production is changing. However, blast furnace ironmaking still faces some urgent problems, such as insufficient usage of beneficiated ma- terial in production, tough duty in achieving long campaign of blast furnace, lower blast temperature, and higher fuel ratio. Therefore, following efforts shall be paid in the development routte of blast furnace ironmaking technology : ( 1 ) increasing use of benefieiated material; (2) improvement in blast furnace operation and gas utilization rate; (3) enhancement of blast fur- nace safety, long campaign management and environmental protection; (4) increase of blast temperature and oxygen enrich- ment injection rate for greatly reducing fuel rate; (5) exploration of intelligent ironmaking technology; (6) strengthening of theoretical study for constantly developing new process and new technology.
